Mary, Certified Veterinary Technician
Mary graduated as a certified vet tech in 1982. Mary enjoys both the challenge of helping sick animals get well and the joy of puppies and kittens. Mary keeps up the date with medicine by attending seminars and conferences. She attended several days of the North American Veterinary Conference in January, 2010 & 2011.
Ashley, Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist
Ashley joined us in July, 2009. Ashley does a little of everything around the hospital. You’ll see her at the front desk, walking your dog or assisting the veterinarian. Ashley attended customer care and technician classes at the North American Veterinary Conference in Jan, 2010 and a two day dentistry seminar in June, 2011.
Brittany, Veterinary Technician
Brittany has been with us since 2007. She is a graduate from Harrison School of the Arts and is working towards an A.A. degree in animal technology. Brittany attended technician classes at the North American Veterinary Conference in Jan, 2010 and a two day dentristry seminar in June, 2011.
Emily, Receptionist & Veterinary Technician;
Emily has been with us since 2007. She has been in the veterinary field since 2004. Emily started as a technician at Thompson Animal Hospital and moved to reception and inventory management. When not working, Emily is taking care of her many pets and farm animals. Emily is working toward her veterinary technician certification.
Kim, Office Manager
Kim has worked with Thompson Animal Hospital since it opened in 1993. Kim performs office functions and fills in at the front desk. When not working, Kim takes her Bouvier, Harry, to local nursing homes and cancer centers for Therapy visits.
Papa, Kennel Assistant
Papa has worked with us since 2004. Papa takes care of your pets when they board with us. When not working with us, Papa is home enjoying his garden.
Emily K, Receptionist
Emily joined us as a part-times in April, 2011 while still in high school. She has since graduated and joined us full-time. Emily's cheerfull personality and concern about our clients makes her a good fit with us.
