Adopted Pets
Thompson Animal Hospital offers a Complimentary Exam for pets that have been newly adopted from our local shelters. We want you to have a chance to get to know Our Doctors. Discount applies within 10 days of SPCA, Polk County Animal Services and the Humane Society adoptions.
Caring for Animals and Our Community
Thompson Animal Hospital values our surrounding communities. We participate in a variety of different charities and groups and only plan on expanding on our involvement.
Doctors and Staff are involved in different activities throughout our area. We are actively involved in the Relay for Life, Boy Scouts (Troup 104), the American Bouvier Rescue League and local wildlife animal rehabilitation, Therapy Dogs International and volunteer at Sun N Fun Fly-In.

Therapy Dogs
We can give back to our community with our dogs. Dogs who like people and have a stable temperament make excellent Therapy Dogs. Therapy Dogs are welcome in assisted living facilities, medical centers, and libraries. Staff and clients alike do Therapy work.
