New Clients
Welcome to Thompson Animal Hospital! Please allow 15 minutes prior to your first visit so we may finalize your pets medical file. Bring his/her vaccination records and any other important medical history to your appointment. Whether you are coming in for a veterinary appointment, boarding or grooming we will need a client information form filled out so we can make you and your pet a medical file.

Appointments
To help the day run smoothly we schedule well pet care visits in advance. Certainly, if your pet is sick or having an emergency, please don't hesitate, we will make every effort to see him as soon as possible. Call, email or use this online request form for veterinary, boarding or grooming appointments.
Pet Resort Reservations
Our Pet Resort fills early on all school holidays so plan in advance. If your pet hasn't stayed with us before we will need a Client Information Form and proof of current vaccinations. You can certainly arrange for medical services and vaccinations during your stay. We have more information on our pet resort page or you can click the appointment button to make a request for reservations.
Accepted Payments
We gladly accept cash, checks (with proper ID), all major credit cards and Care Credit. Payment is due at time of service.
Care Credit
What is Care Credit? Care Credit is a line of credit available to customers of veterinarians and dentists. We provide terms through Care Credit of 6 months interest free. We have many satisfied clients using Care Credit and encourage you to apply. You can apply on-line in the privacy of your home by using the following link. You can also have us submit an application in our office.
